I recently had a weekend where I was having a lot of sex. After prolonged oral sex, a couple places on my penis were a bit raw. Since then, the raw areas seems to be healing weird. A few of the raw areas turned into rougher patches, but even more troubling are these two areas that have turned into craters, and have changed color. If someone could take a look at the photos below and help me identify what the problem is.

BTW, I do not experience any pain, itchiness, or discharge of any kind. Also, the craters usually have a layer of dry skin on the surface, but I try to keep things moist with hand lotion, so the dryness does not appear in the photos.
