Not too long ago it seems that a small scab formed right at the top of my nipple. This made my breast very sore, and it hurt to put on a bra or run water over it. It has been about a week or so and now it has gradually gotten a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys bigger (it's a light brown colorColor blindness Color blindness tests Color vision test with some blackBlack cohosh Black draught Black haw dots). My areola is starting to itch some (and flake) and three small 'freckles' have appeared on my nipple, as well.
I am 17 years old and haven't had a mammogram or anything like that just yet; I am scheduled for a Doctor's appt. in April already. I am sexually active. I'm just not sure what this could be. I've had thoughts that I might have skin cancer before, maybe it's true?
Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knew something about this and whether I should wait for the appointment or set an earlier one. Advice is much appreciated. :]
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it can be due to friction rub with clothes, dermatitis, eczema, contact dermatitis, fungal infection or paget’s disease.

Pls keep the area clean and apply some topicalmild steroid creams. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Also take some antihistaminic like Claritin. In case the symptoms persist thenpaget,s disease has to be ruled out.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
