Okay Doc... I had PROTECTED sex with a stranger while on vacation. I looked her over and noticed nothing unusual (as if that is good enough) and was sure to use a condom. 3 days later I've noticed several very small dots. Looks like a rash and resembles razor burn very much. The infected area is only in my pubic hair area above the penis. I did trim this area about three days ago too (before the intercoarse) but I would think that if I caused razor burn it would have shown up sooner.... and believe me I was so nervous afterwards because I never do it with a stranger I have been checking often. What could this be? Pubic lice? Just irritation? Something worse? What should I put on it? I thought I would be safe when using a condom was I wrong? I should add that she performed oral for me for a short time with out a condom.

It's probably folliculitis (blocked pores) from shaving, friction, etc. My advice is to apply bacitracin (over the counter) daily, and be very gentle with the area--don't squeeze, pick, rub, or closely examine it. If it doesn't go away in a week, or if it keep coming back, show a doctor, but I bet you won't have to.
