Basal Cell Carcinoma was started.
Don't you mean how soon the burning starts? My Derm. prescribed
it for a small basal skin cancer on face & arm. In 1 week of
daily use I had to stop for a break. It burns cells to the
point of bleeding. It beats incisions but the eruption sure
hurt. It never itched. Where are you using it? Wash hands
really well while using & keep far away from eye contact. It
worked for me but sure was nasty stuff by 3 weeks. Indirect
ice helped but I needed a pain med at night. Later I found a
suspicious spot on leg, so I just had Dr. freeze it. Left a sm-
scar but was better than using cream. Good luck.

It usually takes a few applications before it starts to itch or feel uncomfortable.
Best.
