Where is the dermatologist

Medhelp needs to find a dermatologist to answer all these questions.   I know we can be of help to one another with our questions.  But specialist is needed field the large number of questions going unaswered.  We, the patrons would greatly appreciate dermatologist response ASAP!

Now on to my question.  I have pea sizes lumps on both of my arms.  They are under the skin.   Only one is visible to the eye.  Is there a reason to be concern?  Can a sample be taken from one of these lumps to determine the cause. I have had them since Feb 2007.  Are there any questions I should ask my dermatologist regarding this condition?
