White Bump Under Penis

I have had an occurance of a small white bump on the underside of my penis.  It is so small that you only notice it when you stretch out the skin.  It seems to show up whenever it is hot and I am sweating.  When this occurs I can feel the bump there but it doesn't itch or is it painful.  The bump sometimes will disappear in a day or so but it can come back in a couple of weeks. Sometimes twice a month.  When it does come back it is always in the same place and there is alway just one.  I have only had a sexual encounter with one girl and we were both virgins when we met.  Does this sound like herpes?

This is a cyst.  It is a normal part of penile anatomy.  Ignore it, leave it alone, and show it to your doctor next time you see one.

I have a white bump that is under my penis. It is right between the gland that connects the foreskin to my penis.I have had it since i was 12. It does not hurt or irritatte me. I sometimes scrape the top white part of the bump off but it always comesback. I know for sure that it isnt a pearly penile papule so what is it. Somebody please help me out.
