White Bumps Foreskin Shaft Noticed 3 Weeks After Broken Condom With Prostitute

by kurifutsunami, May 28, 2009 08:50PM
11 weeks ago,I had sex with a prostitute using a condom, however the condom broke.1 week later Dr examined and did std/hiv tests, came back negative.3 weeks after the incident,I discovered about 10 tiny white pimple like bumps on the underside of my penis in the folds of my foreskin. Were barely noticeable, more so when I pulled the foreskin tight.Dr saw and said these white bumps in foreskin were "normal skin tags and bumps, like warts"and told me she was "sure" I am fine and all would go away with gel.Dr prescribed Condylox.Used Condylox for 4 weeks, however the bumps in the foreskin did not go away.I no longer have to stretch the foreskin to see them, and tinier ones have spread beyond outer edges where they first appeared. Before rx I would have to bend over and stretch the skin to see bumps, now I do not have to.Initially, bumps seemed to go away, but by the end of the 4 day rest period I would start to notice them coming back.Finished Condylox rx 3.5 weeks ago, last week of Condylox, I had a terrible time recovering, the skin was raw for almost a week and healed slowly.Skin areas where I examine the bumps I feel slight burning and itching,it is the bumps or me stretching the skin that has not been fully healed yet.

I have posted pictures on web, please see them:

I noticed these bumps 3 weeks after incident, feared they are warts or molluscum, been done with Condylox
3.5 weeks now,yet more of these bumps have appeared and the old ones have returned more noticeable and in the same location what are they?how do i treat them?contagious?i have been avoiding sexual contact because of them.

These look like cysts.  They are normal on the penis.  You probably just didn't notice them before.  I agree with your doctor and don't know why he or she prescribed Condylox, a wart treatment that will not remove cysts and which in any case you don't need.  Please ignore these cysts.  Show them to the doctor again if you need more reassurance.

Thank you.

I appreciate your answer. I saw another physician today, he believes they are nothing serious to worry about, not an std and prescribed Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate cream in attempts to have them go away.  In your opinion, will this work and are there other treatments?
Thanks,
