MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms are suggestive of tinea versicolor. Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities.Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thank you Bhupinder,

Previously, i've been given an ointment to apply on these white spots but didnt work out. I have been contemplating going for tattooing but i know this is not a permanent solution. Being black in colour, tattooing (micropigmentation) could work for me in the short term. Now, you have given me an idea of the treatment i should seek. In case these medicines arent found locally, in Kenya, where could i get them. Would you be in a position to advise where i could these medicines. Please advise
