White Raised Bump On The Top and Bottom Lip

Hi, I have a question, I have noticed about two years, it many have been longer, that the bottom of my lip has a white raised bump, it doesn't hurt at all, and it hasn't grown either. Addition to that, I noticed that I have two more smaller size raised bump on the bottom lip, one is closer to the inside of the mouth then the other two and also one on the top lip in the center. One thing that I have suffered with for 10 years are dry lips, lips to the point where I am putting lip balm or Vaseline on every hour. They haven't got any bigger and it doesn't hurt. I'm just wondering if I should found a dermatologist to get medical help.

From the symptoms it can be a mucocele, cyst or some benign growth. Since it has been present for so many years, it needs to be evaluated and biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis. Mucocele is a  cystic, rubbery, bubblelike painles swelling. It is usually inside the lower lip,under the tongue or the inside of mouth and caused mainly by biting the lips or trauma during eating of food.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
