White Spots on eyebrows

My daughter is 22 months old. She is keeping good health.For the past one month, few white spots have been developed on her both the eyebrows. I have a doubt that it is Leukemia. Kindly let me know the cause for such white spots. I have consulted skin specialist as well as ayurvedic doctor in Baroda. But none of them could give me the satisfactory answer.
