White and Red Non-Itching Bumps on Inner thighs

I have these bumps that just occured in the last month or so, that are on my inner thighs. They don't itch and look like minutiture pimples. I have been tested for STD's and all tests are negative, but the white little pimples eventually grow a little and turn red. If I squeeze some of them, liquid and a white puss are extracted.
I am going to try sone Cortisone, but maybe you have a better idea as to what this is. My doctors are stumped.
