White bump on shaft of penis

So i don't know how long its been there but i have a more oval than circular shaped enraised bump on the shaft of my penis. its probably a mm in diameter and feels like a bead when i pinch it between my fingers...now being a very prideful male im thinkin i have cancer of the penis...but i really dont know...any insights?

This could be due to acne/imples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection/ fungal infction or some skin nodules etc.
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
It would be best to reconsult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.
Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.
You could take oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications for the itching.
