White bumps, please help

A couple of months ago I had sex with my girlfriend during which she had a yeast infection and was using a one day cure for it. I know that we probably shouldn't have had sex at that time but we did. About a week after that I started getting these small white bumps on my inner thighs on both legs and above my penis in the hair. Everyday when I would shower I would wipe the bumps and they would bust open and go away and come back later that evening. That went on for about two weeks and they just all of a sudden went away. The area on my thighs have turned a sort of grayish when my skin is dry, otherwise they look normal. After that I started getting jock itch due to all the out door work I was doing in heat well about 95 degrees and being sweaty all the time. I applied micozanole cream and it worked for the jock itch. I was just wondering what could have been the cause of the bumps? Could I have some sexually transmitted disease? Then I don't know why but it feels like sometimes I get a funny tingly feeling in my scrotum but it's so light that I really can't what it is because it happens when I'm sweaty so I don't know what it could be. Please help

I also have a problem with my penis wich is of a similar sort to this in my opinion.

For me I have a red rash like a long line running from my testicles all the way down the shaft of my penis to the foreskin. Aswell as this I have white bumps all on the inside of my foreskin which are hard and there are lots. These white bumps are only small however feel like grains of sand when the foreskin is rubbed.

I also seem to have excesivley opened skin pores underneath the shaft of my penis which get really itchy everynow and then then when I squeeze these little holes white thick puss like stuff comes out...then I can leave it fir a while longer before it gets itchy again.

I have had these for a while now...say 4 years and have not seen a doctor about it just for the plain reason of pure ambarrassment.

I was wondering if all of these long term things that I have are a problem and if they are related to the same problem. Any info possible would be great...I have had this terrified curiosity for too long and would really like to know what to do.

I don't know for sure, of course, but sweat can certainly cause bumps like the ones you describe.  This does not sound like a sexually-transmitted disease.  (By the way, yeast is not easy to transmit, even if it's active.)  The funny, tingly feeling is probably from your being anxious.

See a doctor and set your mind at ease.

Take care.
