White bumps

I received a scratch on my eye from wrestling and when the scab feel off, it left two little white bumps. The bumps look like pimples but do not pop. Could this be something serious?

There is nothing to worry about these white bumps after the scab fell off. Usually this is a temporary complication and sometimes it goes away on its own after exposure to the sun. If it persists then you should get it examined from a dermatologist to get post inflammatory hypopigmentation ruled out.
