White bumps on head of penis

I have had white bumps on the head of my penis for about 6months now and they will not go away. I have been to 4 Dr.s and no one can diagnois it correctly. One was a dematologist. When I have sex with my girlfriend the head of my penis gets red sores on it. I have had herpes for 15 years and this is nothing like anyhting I experinced before. Some one please help! The 4 Dr.s came up with 4 different diagnois and none of the treatment work. I also noticed since this has happened I sweat all the time time wereas I never used to sweat before until about 25 minutes into my cardio work out.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it sounds like a fungal infection. Oral course of antimicrobials is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.
Hope it helps. Take care and regards.
