White bumps on penis

About two months ago I used a sex toy called the Fleshlight with lubricant. A few days after that I noticed a white blister like bump on the head of my penis. It got increasingly painful, with pain down my legs and back. I have been to doctors and they prescribed antibacterial, anitfungal, and blister creams. The main bump has since dried up and seems to be going away with use of the creams but recently i noticed another small bump on the head and I not sure if its because of friction but I am concerned. I tried

Hi Rowena, thanks for your response. I definitely stopped using the Fleshlight since the first time.

The recent bump looks the same as the first one, just smaller. It started of clear and then became white.

I had the first lesion cultured, but it was only tested for herpes which came back negative.  I don't think it's a sexually transmitted disease because of my sexual inactivity.

Other than pain I don't have any other symptoms.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

This could be due to irritation, infection, a possible genital herpes or sexually transmitted disease. Can you elaborate on the recent bump?  Does it still look like the blister of the previous lesion? Genital herpes typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers  that may take two to four weeks to heal. Another outbreak can appear weeks or months after the first, but it almost always is less severe and shorter than the first outbreak. On the other hand, infection may respond well with medications. However, it would help if you refrain from using the Fleshlight if this is due to irritation to prevent future breakouts.

Are there other signs or symptoms present? It would be best to have this evaluated further by your doctor. A culture  of the lesion or blood test may rule out other causes.

Take care and regards.
