White dots appeared on my lip?

Last night I looked at my lips and saw two white dots towards the crease of my mouth. When I rub my tongue hard against them I can feel them. My doctor says I have HPV but I have never been officially tested for it. I have had warts on my penis but they have been coming and going, but they are really tiny, nothing like pictures on the internet. I've been living like this for one year and haven't been feeling very happy. So I was just wondering if anyone can help me and give me an idea of what these could be? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow so I will be able to see him then. These white dots are a big surprise to me and don't know what to do.
