White line on lower lip

I have a white line on my lower lip, it's almost under my lip. You can't really tell it's there unless I stretch the lip out. Without doing that, it just looks like there is a tiny crease in my lip. I don't know if I've always had this and am just noticing it now, or if it is something new. I gave a guy oral about two weeks ago, so I'm not sure if it has something to do with that. I'm pretty worried though.

Hello,
Lichen planus is an important possibility to be ruled out in your case. The reticular pattern  is commonly found on the cheeks as lacy web-like, white threads that are slightly raised. These lines are sometimes referred to as Wickham’s Striae. Often with oral lichen planus, it is necessary to use a mild tooth paste with a minimum of flavoring and other ingredients. A soft tooth brush is essential.
You should get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
