White line on penis

I have a white line in the middle of my foreskin which forms sort of a ring around most of my penis. It's about 1 cm in width. Could it be penile cancer?

From the symptoms, it can be due to balanitis caused by fungal infection, vitiligo skin or lichen sclerosus. I would suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist as treatment is specific for all.
