White patch on penis head

Hi, i can see a white spot on my penis head almost a year, its not- itchy , raised,scaly ,pain . But its noticeable in size. i think its increasing in size.

what that could be?

This white patch can be due to post inflammatory hypopigmentation, balanitis xerotica ( less likely) or vitiligo spot.

It is a pigmentation disorder in which melanocytes (the cells that make pigment) in the skin are destroyed. As a result, white patches appear on the skin in different parts of the body.

Treatment is different for all three. So I feel that an evaluation by a dermatologist will help in confirming a diagnosis.
