White patchs on the pinus, please help its very Embarrassing

I’ve had small white patches on my pinus balls for about 2 years ago but they were very small back then and now they’re just expanding and spreading, plus during masturbation these patches would turn to light red/pink. I feel no pain or anything but it’s very embarrassing.  All of these patches are located at the “balls area” and some are just above. Is it because of friction or dry masturbation?
Please help and sorry for the explicit language,
Thank you

Hello,
From the symptoms, lichen sclerosis is another possibility. Lichen sclerosus is a chronic disease which effects usually the genital areas. The exact cause is not known and can be too active immune system and hormone problems.

Some people have also proposed a genetic and hereditary basis of disease. Treatment consists of strong cortisone cream or ointment on the skin. Other treatment  options include Retinoids, vitamin A-like drugs, Tacrolimus ointment and Ultraviolet light treatment.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
From the symptoms you should consult a dermatologist and get vitiligo ruled out. It is a pigmentation disorder in which melanocytes (the cells that make pigment) in the skin are destroyed. As a result, white patches appear on the skin in different parts of the body. Diagnosis can be confirmed by external examination, blood tests to check skin cell count  for melanocytes and biopsy of the skin patches.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
