White pimples

What can I do about reoccuring white pimples filled with white puss that only erupt on the very end of my nose. Over the last few years my nose has become increasinly rough and redish because of them. I have resorted to face washing several times a day and applying an astringent which seems to help with the eruptions but has not abated them. I will get a new one almost daily now. I can squeeze white puss from my nose pores and it seems if I keep them drained they don't erupt and it keeps them a bay. My thought was that they would go away but they seem to be persistant, not getting worse but not getting better either. My nose is begining to look like a battleground over time. How can I clear this up? I would be very grateful for any suggestions.
