White/red pimple like bumps on penis

So I have this very small cluster of white/red bumps on the shaft(underside) of my penis. They have been there for a long time. They do not hurt at all, dont itch, burn, havent gotten bigger or smaller, cant pop them. I thought they were pimples or something but nothing comes out....it just kinda hurts when you squeeze them. I am sexually active and I do use condoms but I have had unprotected sex with one girl in my lifetime, who happened to be my ex girlfriend of 2 years 7months. She was always getting tested for STI's and was just fine. So what could these pimple like things be on my penis?! Please help, I'm freaking out from all this information on STI's on te internet.

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection). It does not sound like any STD.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
