White spot/pimple? on penis

About 9 months ago I received unprotected oral sex from a stripper.  I have been paranod ever since.  I was tested for HIV, HSV1 & HSV2 after the 6 month mark.  HIV neg, HS2 neg, HSV1 positive but I have a history of cold sores on my lips for many years.  In-turn my antibodies are high in the +6 range, which I understand provides great resistance to getting HSV1 on another part of the body.

Over the past few months & have developed a few pimples on my inner thighs, which come, dry up & go away.  They look like little pimples.  Not a cluster, just 1 pimple at a time.  From 1-3 mm's was the largest.  Some I popped, some I didn't.  The one's I did had a ***** core, just like a pimple.  It doesn't meet the description of molluscum contagiosum which I saw on the net.  I have asked a few doctors & they say it an inflamed hair follicle & one doctor said it is a staff infection & gave me Cephalexin.  Not much change after the medicine.  I have gotten about 8-12 of these total over the past 9 months, 1 at a time.  I wasn't overly concerned about these, since I am just now much more aware of what's going on since my encounter.

Question:
Today I noticed a small Pimple on my Penis (which definitely wasn't there previously).  It about an 1 1/2" below my head, I am circumcised. It is right where the skin on my penis has that ring (whatever that's called).  It was the size of a pin head.  I didn't hurt, but I keep looking at it & thought it looked like a pimple.  I popped it & a little puss (solid rod like thing)like a zit came out of it.  It was small, under 1 mm & even hard to pop & I needed to get it between my finger nails.  I definitely don't think it herpes (like I get on  my lip - it didn't hurt & wasn't a liquid/fluid center) and because of my tests.  Oh yes, during 1 of my dorctor visits he noticed a questionable spot, also small, that he thought was a possible wart & I asked him to lasered that off.  No Doctor looked at this little pimple I popped, I feel all the doctors keep telling me not to worry.  So, I don't feel this was a wart either - since it wouldn't pop.  What do you think this was?  Can you get a pimple or cyst on your penis - which is normal?  Any thoughts if the pimples I get on my thighs from time to time are anything of concern?  Can they be spreading to my penis? Just to be clear, my main concern it the pimple I poped on my penis.

Help!

Hello, I have the very same as described.  the pimple is also located on the ring area.  and, if i stretch the skin there is a smaller one.  this has to be something.  i remember when my wife and i started dating 10 yrs ago she had a yeast infection and we had sex.  there were pimples all over but they went away. but, this one looks different and permanent.  i tried popping it once also and had the same description.  i am afraid to pop it because it may get bigger.  I wonder it it is ok for me to have sex like this and oral sex?

As much as I can tell from your history and description, I think the pimple on the penis was just that--a pimple or a cyst.  I suggest you ignore it and show it to a doctor if it recurs, but don't touch it until they see it so they'll be able to tell.

As for the rash on the inner thighs, it's common to get blocked follicles in that region.  Treatment doesn't usually make much difference, so in general they're best left alone.

Take care.
