Whiteheads in my genital area

Hi doctor,
I'm a 20 year old male and I've recently discovered white on my inner-thighs and under my pubic hair in my genital area.  I only discovered this two days after having sexual intercourse with a stranger. First two pimple looking whiteheads appeared on my inner right thigh the day after. Two days after the whiteheads became darker on the top but the base of them still look like red pimples. Two days later I saw many red pimples starting to grow under my pubic hair in my genital area but without any white-heads. Soon after some of them have started developing white-heads one by one. They are not in clusters so at first I didn't get that worried. But now that they are starting to devlope white-heads, I'm getting very worried. They don't itch too much but are a bit irritating and sometimes painful when fabric brushes against them. Please can you give me a suggestion as to what they might be, and what you suggest I do?!?

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts , molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection). Herpes presents as blisters which scab over.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
