Why are most doctors scared of multiple courses of Accutane?

I was on 5 courses of accutane. Small side effects duing courses, dry eyes, dry skin, achey (achy) knees but that was when i was training for triathlons.  While my new born son was still in the NICU, his blood work was elevated and we have not learned he is a CAH carrier.  I probably am the CAH carrier also.  I am thankful we found a dermotalogist that was not afraid to prescribe accutane as long as my LDL, HDL, and triglicerides (triglycerides) were normal during courses. I would hope more dermotolgists would accept accutane if conditions warrent it.
I have sever inflamatory acne.

Accutane is not without side effects and should be used with caution. It is used with caution in pregnant women because serious birth defects have been associated with it. Also because of the potential for adverse effects, nursing mothers should not receive Accutane.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
