Why is my penis head wrinkly/discoloured/tiny bumps

Hi I am a 17 year old male and uncircumcised,I had balanitis and used 3 creams that were prescribed to me by my doctor, I had to use them 4 times a day for 7 days, I used them for about 9 days just to make sure, after the treatment I noticed that my penis head has became wrinkled when flaccid and it is also discoloured,I also experience some discomfort and some times feel sharp pain in my urethra ,I am starting to worry now because I can't find anything relating to this, please help.

I haven't had the sharp pains for a will now but I cannot tell if I feel discomfort or if I'm just paranoid about having something but there are still wrinkles on my pwnis head and tiny bumps that some parts are white any please help the discolouration is still there too.

If it's all still there- I'd say it's time to get to your doctor and ask them what they think might be going on.

I'd first suspect a UTI or fungal infection; I hope you're better by now!!!
