Why is my skin getting leopard spots?

I went to the beach on vacation and got a little burnt each day, when i got home i was very tan. About a week later these big "leopard" spots began to form on my chest, just little ones, and it was weird but i shrugged it off as just peeling. Now it's been 3 weeks and my chest, neck, back, and now my arms are peeling into leopard spots. Is my skin alright? Should I see a doctor?
