Wierd bumps on my head

I just found these wierd red bumps on my head and i wash my hair every day. The bumps hurt really bad when i scratch or touch them! And my head it alwaying itching. I wash my hair everyday but it doesnt go away. Can you tell what i have is called? And can you please tell me how i stop it.

You might be suffering from scalp (seborrheic) dermatitis or ringworm (tinea infestation). The exact diagnosis depends on clinical examination.
Ringworm can affect all parts of the body including the scalp, fingernails, feet and groin. Seborrheic dermatitis presents as dry skin on the scalp, which flakes off (dandruff). The skin on the face, behind the ears, eyelids, nose and chest may also be affected.
You should consult a dermatologist for an evaluation. Seborrheic dermatitis on the scalp can be treated effectively by using an anti-dandruff dandruff shampoo containing ketoconazole or salicylic acid or selenium sulfide.
