Wierd vine stain on skin.HELP!

So was removing this vine around a pine tree(not poison ivy) not only do my arms itch but I have these incredible black/brown stains on my arms and a few spots on my face. I've tried everything to remove the stains, nail polish, straight bleech, brush/soap, olive oil, orange clean. Not coming off. I figure I could wait till the skin dies and falls off but considering how deep the stain is that would take 2-4 weeks and I'm in college and it looks like a bunch of wierd birthmarks or Im completely unhygenic so not an option.

Any knowledge on the subject or ideas?
