Will Aquaphor reduce the effectiveness of Carac?

I have been prescribed  Carac for what the doctor thinks is an actinic keratosis on my nose.  He does not think it is cancer, prescribed Carac once a day for 4 weeks.  If it doesn't clear it, then he will biopsy it.  My question is he said I could use Aquaphor once a day if needed, but I am concerned the Aquaphor might reduce the effectiveness of the Carac.  Does anyone know?  Thanks

Carac contains fluorouracil which is used in actinic keratosis and solar keratosis. Aquaphor does not interfere with action of Carac and you can use it on the face. Actinic keratosis is basically small rough or scaly areas of skin due to damage from sun exposure. A biopsy skin is helpful in confirming the diagnosis.
