Worried,please help

My boyfriend has Molluscum contagiosum in the lower abdomen area,He went to the doctor and told him that is a viral disease,she never mention is sexual trasmited,I dont have anything.Does this means that he probably had Sexual relations with another person? It is a 100% that if is in adults and in that area is a sexual disease?Should I be worried of getting this or other diseases?

Well, it's not really necessary that he could have got it via sexual realtions only.I was diagonised with it & my GF says that she got herself checked & her reports were negative. I did not sleep with any other woman apart from my GF & now I because I am sharing my place with few other friends. I never went to strip clubs or anything like that in my whole life, but they used to. Now I believe,I could have got it for using the common restroom that we share. Get yourself tested for the same & ask them explicitly for the test of Molluscum Contagiosum.

Regd. worring about other diseases, he may not necessarily have it but you don't know about that because you don't know if he had any sexual relations with any infected person.
