Wrinkled dry skin on penis

Hey, yeah I have recently discovered something I am really scared about. About two nights ago my balls were burning, but I decided to sleep it off. It was not until last night that I went toscatrach them and noticed this very dry, kind of hard or thick skin on my balls and underside of my shaft. I am only 15 years old, and I’ve never had sex or  oral or anything. I don’t know what this is, and I’m afraid to tell my mom because she’ll think I was doing something (i.e. sex).I’ve done some research but I still can’t tell what I have. I peeled off some of the skin on my balls and it looks sort of like shedded snake skin. It is really gross. I can only sort of feel sensation when I rug my penis, which has me scared that I might not be able to later on in life. Please help me!!! So far I have tried to moisturize the spots with petrolyum jelly (Vaseline) and lotion. I am really scared here guys. I’m not afraid to go to the doctor, but I am afraid of what my mom will think. I also read that masturbating with shampoo is a bad idea, and I tried using shampoo about the day before or the day of my balls burning. I don’t quite remember. I also fell asleep with some shorts on that sort of were tight. I’d appreciate any help, thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub with clothes, eczema, fungal infection, dermatitis (atopic, contact, allergic), heat rash or excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis.

You may try calamine lotion on the rash. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid deodorant / cosmetics. You can also use a mild steroid cream on this rashAlso take some oral antihistaminics like Claritin if the rash itches.
If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
