Wrinkles on Penis, Red Rash

I had protected sex and unprotected oral sex with a woman I did not know a little over two months ago.  About five days after the encounter I started feeling a weird feeling in my genital area.

I had an itch around the tip of my penis and a tingle feeling down my urethra.  I went to get checked for STDs and everything came back negative.  I went to a urologist and got further tests done and came back negative.  Just to be sure I went and got checked again for Herpes, Ghonorrea, Chlamydia, HIV, etc - negative.

The tingle has gone away for the most part, but I noticed that the head of my penis has a redish rash and sometimes wrinkles up.  This goes away and comes back.  I know when it comes back because I feel a bit of discomfort - like I'm having a reaction to something - and when I look at it it's red and wrinkled.  After a moment of panic it goes away.  This happens mostly in the middle of the day.  I have yet to see it in the morning when I wake up.

It's killing me.  I'm in a serious relationship and have not had sex with my partner for two months because I'm not sure what the hell is wrong, and even though the tests have come back negative - I know something is wrong.

Please help.

Since all STD tests have come normal, so there is nothing to worry. It can be due to an allergic reaction (say to body lotions, condoms, soaps etc) or it can be a skin condition like eczema, dermatitis etc or it can be a fungal infection. Other than that it can be prostatitis if you are having any urinary symptoms as well.

To confirm the diagnosis please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
