Yeast infection, jock itch, STD???

by notme1980, Jun 15, 2009 01:42AM
Dont laugh...

I am a 28 male and got very drunk with my partner and we thought it was a good idea to hollow out a cinamon roll and place over my shaft while she ate if off.  We had sex right after then passed out.

The next day I had a red bumpy irritation at the bottom of my shaft and top of my scrotum.  The rash has spread slightly to the side of my shaft with a few random red circles (no irritation on those) close to the head.  It has been over a week and it is not improving.  I have a spot that split open at the base, no bleeding but itches and slightly burns.

I have been applying jock itch treatment for close to a week and no luck.  I just started eating yogurt thinking it may be a yeast infection.  Any ideas?

Sounds like cinnamon roll dermatitis--irritation, not yeast.  Try over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream 1% twice a day plus moisturizing and minimizing friction (sex, etc.) for a few days.  If it still hasn't healed, you can consult a doctor then.

Best.
