Yeast infection?

I had unprotected sex with a girl, the next morning my penis already burned and within 48 hours it was flaring. the girl said she has been tested and had sex with a boy 2 weeks earlier who when i asked him said he didnt catch anything... neither of us used a condom. I am uncircumsized and heard that uncircumcized men can catch yeast infections easier from unprotected sex. i think i have a yeast infection- im taking miconazole clotrimazole does not work..  it works to relieve the intense itching i originally had bright red marks over the head of my penis with small red dots and it continually worsened until i applied monistat in which it began to subside with the ingestion of fat free plain yogurt+ the medication. now it is under control on my penis but my testicles have turned bright red and itch unless i apply monistat + hydro cortisone. What do you think i have? Any suggestions?

keep using the cream, sometimes it takes extra strength! and note that female yeast infections often take 3 days to cure with topical cream and a vaginal supository. It may take a while. Other wise, it could be a bacterial infection, in that case you will need to see your doctor.
