Hello,
Candidiasis is the most common yeast infection of the skin. Since you are having recurrent fungal infections, so it is important to do a fungal culture of the skin scrapings of the affected area to confirm the type of fungal infection you have. Till then, wash the affected skin daily and then dry thoroughly by pat drying, not rubbing. The damp skin is an ideal site for fungi to multiply. Also wear cotton clothes and do not share other people’s towels. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Warm regards.

Hi,
When I was in my 20's and sexually active, I had a terrible time with what appeared to
be yeast/fungal infections.  The doctor treated me with many creams (prescription at
the time) with no help.  What happened was an internal irritation similar to allergy "welts" and it was an osteopathic dr. who finally treated it with a cortizone solution (not cortizone cream) as he was assuming an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the medicines being used.  It was called "Synalar" and was a prescription.  I would
used a Q-tip to insert solution drops and eventually the problem disappeared.  Any
reoccurance, I would use the solution for a few days and it would go away.  Believe me
the allergy approach was life changing for me and worked for me.  good luck!
