Zit-like bumps/boils around pubic area and around the base of the penis

I have in the past 2 weeks noticed zit like boils in the pubic regioun. All of the bumps are individual and not grouped close together, they bleed if popped/squeezed. They have a white head like a small zit and seemingly contain puss or a white core. I dont believe this to be an STD,  I am a virgin and have only had oral sex a time or two

where did they come from? how can they go away?

The symptoms are suggestive of folliculitis. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
