Zit under my lip, now lip is swollen.

I have been getting zits around my mouth lately and this last one was a doozy. It was a whitehead I believe, I have been putting cream on it. I've had it for a few days. Now, it's like half of my bottom lip is swollen, like there is a pimple beneath the skin of my lip. I feel pressure when I touch my lip. It is sometimes painful. It feels like there is a ton of stuff under there. It's very taut and it friggin has a pulse! Lol. Like I said it was a whitehead right near my lip line, but now its as if its moved under the skin, I can't see it so I can't pop anything... I've even tried poking a hole in my lip thinking it will drain or something! I've tried heat, cold, cream, even friggin vicks vapor rub, per the internet... I don't have insurance so I can't go to the dermatologist or whatever. Out of where the white head was, some stuff is sloooowly leaking out..it's clear and has a funny smell kind of.. Is it infected? I am trying to squeeze and squeeze. I'm trying EVERYTHING.. I'll repeat myself.. it's not a zit I can pop on the exterior. It is INTERIOR.
I think my chapstick keeps giving me these zits...I need to throw that damn thing out and get a new one after this puppy heals.
HELP :(

Hi,

Try to avoid poking or manipulating the lesion to prevent secondary infection. Swelling and leaking of substance is usually associated with infection. It is best that you have this evaluated further by your doctor for proper management. Antibiotics is usually indicated. A culture of the the substance leaking may also help with the diagnosis. Direct clinical examination is essential.

Take care and keep us posted.
