a have the weird skin rash and i dont know if i should go to the doctor to check it out?

I got this rash like a month ago and it started off under my right armpit it spread to my left armpit and now i have it on my inner thighs. the worst one is on my right armpit but its not like on the crease its like on my arm near my armpit on the side that touches the side of my body. It get so itchy and now its really dry and cracked every little bump has a small dark dot right on the center of it. I was wondering if anyone knows what it is? If its something serious or easily curable. Please let me know asap.

From the spread and symptoms it looks like fungal infection. Wash your groin daily and then dry thoroughly by pat drying, not rubbing. A hairdryer is useful if you have hairy groins. The damp groin is an ideal site for fungi to multiply. Also wear cotton underwears and change them twice a day and do not share other people’s towels. Application of local antifungal cream(terbinafine, clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole, miconazole) and oral antifungal drugs are the mainstay of treatment. You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients.
