a red spot on nose

I had a small red spot on my nose in Feb 2009. I used various creams to remove this and it removed after 6 months.but it again appeared on my nose in Feb 2010 and this time i used ARTISTRY's CTM and it removed after 2 months.but now it again appeared on my nose in Feb 2011 an till today I couldn't remove it with anything.I couldn't understand what it is?I am sure its not a pimple or anything like that.please suggest me its permanent treatment.how can I get rid of it permanently?

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be fibrous papule of the nose, trichoepithioloma or actinic keratosis. Since it has been present for a long time without any change, so these possibilities need to be evaluated for which I suggest you to consult a dermatologist.
