accompanying rashes

I am a 69 year old physician, Radiologist, in otherwise excellent health,  hit for the first time with biopsy proven Grover's disease. Bx taken from my right flank.
This started 3 months ago.The rash comes and goes.....but I have now gotten rashes in my pelvis, below the belt line, in the groin more discrete round and somewhat firm...measuring3-4mm in diameter,  and lobular clusters on my scrotum... All slightly itchy....do I have two diseases or is this all consistent with Grover's?....Steroid creams such as Loprox provide some relief but is short lived.
Am I doomed forever with this or might it resolve on its own?Anything I can do to push it towards a permanent disappearance?

This discussion is related to Grover's Disease.

Have Grovers. Noted that it has the hallmarks of inflammation...calor (warm to my touch), rubor (pink skin in affected areas), tumor (edema)and dolor (tender, hyperaesthetic skin more than true itching).
So tried NSAIDs ...ie naproxen..and find that NSAIDs provide real relief; can't find any ref to such therapy. Grovers seems to come and go for about 2-3 mos at a time. But ibuprophen or naproxyn do greatly reduce symptoms, esp at night, and allow for sleeping.
