acne like bumps on back chest and under ears on neck the ich with a prickley sensation

i have never had acne on my back i am 38 years old and last mounth an acne like rash appeared on my back and neck under my ears these itch a lot but the ones on my back itch with a prickley sensation and now i have them on my chest could this be a form of milleria or shingles please help

Sounds like classic shingles. If you've had chicken pox in the past you can get shingles. When I had them they felt and looked just like that, but see your doctor to get an official diagnosis. They gave me a topical thing as I recall. Can't remember if they put me on an oral. Don't scratch them. Mine cleared up pretty fast so not to worry.
