acne like bumps

i have acne like bumps on face that are spreading and wont go away they hurt and itch they have been there for 3 months now. there under the skin and the do pop but always come back and a bump surfaces. went from one side of face to the another. what is this?

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be contact dermatitis, folliculitis , acne or rosacea. Rosacea is a cutaneous disorder of the central part of the face , such as forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Pimples or acne are sometimes included as part of the definition.
