acne only after sex or masturbation

Hi,
I was suffered by acne from the age of 15. After taking different treatment my acne was completely cleared in the age 20 and no new acne comes upto the age 22. But for last two years I got new breakout only after sex or masturbatiion, if I dont sex ot masturbate for couple of month then no new acne comes for those month. One day after sex 3-4 inflammed red acne comes in my face and this continues for next two three days after sex and then all is cleared. But those acne give very bad scar on my face. I use adapelene+clindamycin gel for acne maintenance and clean my face with very good oil free cleanser but nothing can protect these sex induced acne.
I know you said there is no relation between sex and acne but this actually happens because of homone fluctuations. Please advice me about the medicines or any hormonal and blood related test I can do to protect the sex related acne. I am newly married and my sexual life going to hell. please help .


*** Also I have premature ejacuation problem and I feel very weak after sex and this weakness continues three to four days after sex.
