acne tanning

is it possible for someone to make your skin breakout with acne that looks like words when it scars.  my face has several acne scars that look like they say words such as liar, ****, i love sex, dog, is this possible or am i just crazy, if it is possible is there anything that i can do to repair or fix this.  I also seen words on my body after tanning that were not quite as dark as the other parts of my skin, almost like someone had put sunscreen on me, and as I tanned those parts did not tan, people would point and laugh at my legs or face.  How could someone do this without me knowing and what would be used.

I have never seen any such medical condition. However for your acne scars, various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment can be used. But use them after a dermatologist’s guidance.  If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion.
