aha glycolic lumpy scaly rash HELP

Hello I hope someone can advise me , I have asked for help on serveral sites with no joy.  Firstly I used tp use neostarata aha 15 gel daily with amazing effects (for 6months), I ran out and couldn't buy it anymore online so I decided to try a face wash instead (same brand) but aha 20, after three days my whole face feels like it is lumpy and scaley, under the light the whole face has tiny little bumps all over it and is red and patchy and feels tight, even close under the light I can see dry scales and around my nose is really flakey, I dont knwo what to do, when i used the gel I was fine had a few flakes and fab skin now I feel like crying I hope I'm not stuck with this skin, can anyone advise me?
I stopped using the aha 20 I haven't even put make up on I'm too scared to do anything.
