by alishaBH, Jun 21, 2009 02:40AM
i never had a problem with my skin like this before. im only 16 years old and i believe that i have that PMLE. But its not on my arms or chest, its on my face! it all started when i was getting ready for spring/summer and went tanning in a tanning bouth just once for 12 minutes. Two days later my face was extremely swolen up and had tiny blisters all over my face. Now it keeps happening to me, i cant even be out in the sun for little bit. i keep getting those tiny blisters on my face and it also makes my eyes swollen. sun screen doesnt seem to help much. what do i do? im desperate

Pseudoporphyrias are blistering skin disease after excessive UV-A exposure from long-term tanning bed use has been documented.Avoid tan booths,if you are on medication, do inform the derm.It will settle own after some time,do continue to use sunscreens.
