allergies or hsv1 genital

Could this be Allergic reaction to latex condom or allergic reaction to softsoap anitbacterial hand soap or allegy to KY intrigue personal lubricant  or is it herpes? or friction from being dry during intercourse from a huge man with wide large penis? also during that time i was wear a lacethong and never took it off so i know that there was rubbing there too, sept 11th i used a ky lubricant on me, i had sex with a guy and he wore  a condom, i was very dry and so was his condom so he took it off and then we finished intercourse. Then I went home and used SoftSoap antibacterial soft soap and washed my vagina with it.sept12th the morning I metanother guy and he was a bodybuilder and his #$%$ was huge short but huge as in very thick and wide, i never had that before in my life and he wore a condom the whole time. and he stretched me and it hurt alot and we did intercourse 5 times2 hour time. Then I went home and washed my vagina with anitbacterial soft soap again. Then later that day i noticed a skin coming off my vulva and was itchy and dry.  Also i noticed itchyness down on the stretchy part of my vaginal hole area, it was intense deep red, a few hours later i noticed 4 white dots around the bottom of my vaginal hole area. Then on monday sept 13,noticed a burning and stinging sensation of my vagina area, i looked with a mirror and there were 4 blisters where the white dots were.Onmonday sept13th night they popped and clear liquid drained, so i dabbed it with toilet paper and used vaseline on them. Then they turned white and heal, tuesday sept 14th  they were still sore adn again white and healing.  Wednesday sept 15 same thing so i went to planned parenthood and the nurse practictioner took a visual of my sores and said i had herpes, she would not listen to my story of events.  So then on Thurssept 16th i went to my family doctor and she looked at the sores , by then the sores shrunk alot, she said that they did not look like herpes at all. blodtesthsv1pos andnegforhsv2

Welcome to the Dermatology Expert Forum!

Based on all described, you might have experienced acute irritant contact dermatitis or even allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) because your skin and mucous membrane were damaged by friction and exposed to multiple potential irritants / allergens (e.g., soap, latex lubricant, etc.).

However, there is a possibility that it was genital herpes (you stated that your test for HSV1 was positive) or even an overlap of genital herpes with ICD (or ACD). It is sometimes challenging to distinguish them clinically.

It would be good to perform patch tests (few weeks after full recovery) to possibly identify contact allergens you are sensitive to.
