You might be having some allergic reaction like dermatitis or irritant rash due to the clothes, hives or insect bites. It would be difficult to assess without having a look at the lesions.
You should also let us know since how long this symptom is present and do you have any history of allergy?The diagnosis would depend on the location , type, size of visible rash (if any), presence of any other associated symptoms and signs like fever.
You need to maintain a good personal hygiene and avoid using any cosmetic products. You may try calamine lotion locally which has a soothing effect.
